This class is meant for beginners with following skills or those who have not done lessons before:1. First time swimming without their parents in the water with them.2. New to participating in a structure class, may be scared, hesitant and/or cry.3. Unable to swim without being held or using a lifejacket.This class will focus on the foundations of swimming such as; blowing bubbles, floating, kicking and gliding (all with assistance). Having fun is also an important element of swimming as well as learning how to be safe around bodies of water.
