Ages Youth (under 17 years old)

Reign Wrestling Level 1 Beginner
For brand new beginner wrestlers who are looking to learn the fundamentals of the sport. Wrestlers will learn the basins of the neutral position, most common takedowns, top and bottom referee's position and the general rules of the sport.

Reign Wrestling Level 2 Intermediate
For intermediate wrestlers who have established a good foundation and are looking to gain a more in depth understanding of the sport. Wrestlers will begin to chain basic techniques together and will start to learn higher level sequences in the neutral position, the most common takedown, top and bottom referees position, and the rules of the sport.

Advanced Youth
For advanced wrestlers who want to eliminate their weaknesses and sharper their skills. Wrestlers will learn advanced affensive and defensive fundamentals necessary to compete at a higher level. Technical adjustments will be made to enhance their knowledge in position and how to best chain advanced techniques together to be able to score.

High School
For highschool wrestlers who want to eliminate their weaknesses and sharpern their skills. Wrestlers will learn advanced offensive and defensive fundamentals necesarry to compete at a higher level. Technical adjustments will be made to enhance their knowledge in positions and how to best chain advanced techniques together to be able to score. <div> </div>
Please note there is a one-time $50 enrollment fee for all brand new wrestlers, which includes 2 practice shirts and a pair of shorts.
