Designed for athletes with limited to no swimming background and no water polo experience. Basic freestyle and backstroke technique are introduced and developed. Athletes learn the basic rules of water polo, eggbeater kick, passing and shooting fundamentals and game positions through in-water instruction. Training in the pool's shallow-end, athlete's have the use of the bottom ensuring they are challenged, but never overwhelmed. info: setaquatics@gmail.com
