All participants must be age 18 and over to play and must have a signed liability waiver on file.
Full Hockey Gear is REQUIRED
Players MUST PAY before going on the ice.
If you pre-register on-line, you must stop by the front office at the time of the event to receive a wristband to go on the ice.
