Mondays and Wednesdays 
8am - 9am 

</strong></p> <p>Workouts focused on improving swim mechanics and endurance and will prepare you to be comfortable in open water. This class is good for anyone who wants to improve swimming technique and go longer distances even if you do not want to do a triathlon soon. The workouts will include stroke analysis and drills such as sighting and swimming straight; swimming with a large group; warming up; drafting; swimming around buoys; and entering and exiting the water.</p>
