Ages U-15 (under 15 years old)
Sessions 1
Green Swim School 

For those confident in the water and need to learn more advanced swim strokes and integrated movements. 

Swimmers will learn how to: 

• Swim freestyle with rotary breathing for at least 15 yards. (proper side breathing without lifting their head) 
• Swim backstroke for 15 yards 
• Do breaststroke kick and pull
• Dolphin kick on a kickboard and their back
• Tread water for 30 or more seconds. 
• And so much more! 

Ages: 6-14
Dates: August 3 -13
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 
Times: 30 minutes per class 
Location: Basin Recreation Fieldhouse Pool
Cost: $70
