The Basin Recreation Prep-Swim Team is designed to be a "pre-team" program with the goal to increase fitness and endurance levels while introducing children to the sport of competitive swimming; participating in a summer of Pre-Swim Team provides an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of training and racing techniques in preparation for joining a competitive swim team, staying in shape or as a continuation of improving your swimming abilities. Swimmers should be able to swim two (2) lengths of the pool with some degree of stroke awareness.

Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Times: 5pm - 6pm
