Swimmers will work to have a sound understanding of technique to master the fundamental aspects of each stroke: Butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle. Athletes are able to swim 8 laps without stopping. Course content: improve endurance and strength in all 4 strokes, introduction of flip turns, diving from block, and the use of a pace clock. Fins may be used daily.
