Pre-requisite: Successful completion of Advanced Swimming class or instructor recommendation, no exceptions. Competitive Swimming I: Stoke Refinement will provide a challenging, swim team-like experience while working on stroke refinement, introducing advanced competitive swimming skills, and increasing endurance, distance, adn efficiency.
