This is a non-­competitive parent child class that will help your child to feel comfortable taking direction from a coach with the aid of a parent. Activities will repeat for a few weeks, while the coach gradually adds more activities to progress through the session. 12:1 ratio, 50 minute class Required Equipment: Comfortable clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. Session Dates: 4/5-6/10 No class 4/13, 5/24-27
