These sessions are designed for players serious about taking their game to the next level. High-paced technical work, nuanced tactical lessons, and intense physical fitness are all interwoven into competitive 45 minute sessions. Participants should have extensive competitive soccer experience and be generally prepared for a demanding (but fun!) practice.
