This is a 30 day point driven challenge! Sign up as a family, grab your friends to form a team, or sign up solo! This competition will provide you with meal plans, fitness workouts, daily workouts, and mini challenges. Incentives are given for challenge winners! Must be 12+ to participate. You will have access to all fitness bootcamps provided by Kate Anderson Fitness (instructor will provide more details).

About the instructor: Kate Anderson has been a certified nutritionals for 11 years and a fitness instructor for 6 years. She enjoys empowering others through health and fitness and is looking forward to changing the lives of Menifee residents.
