This movement education class provides a nurturing group
setting that fosters key social milestones while providing
age-appropriate individual challenges for each child to build
confidence and self-esteem. Through basic skill progression,
children work on coordination, strength, balance, spatial
awareness, flexibility, and more. Obstacle courses,
gymnastics stations, and the use of gymnastics apparatus
help to create a safe and fun learning environment.
