Learn basics of all 4 strokes, learn to lap swim. Swimmers will reinforce freestyle and backstroke techniques and will introduce breaststroke, butterfly, starts and turns while increasing endurance for an hour of lap swimming. Students work towards being able to swim 50 yards of freestyle, 75 yards backstroke, 50 yards breastroke, 25 yards butterfly with proper technique, starts & turns. info: coachteeter@gmail.com
